HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT TAKE TO ARRIVE… Each print is printed to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be printed and dispatched. You will receive an email with your package tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK PRINT BE PACKAGED… All prints will be shipped in a mailing tube made from 100% recycled fibreboard preventing bending and crushing.

WHAT IF MY PRINT GETS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?… If your print gets damaged in transit – I will replace it for you free of charge. I will ask for some images or video evidence of the damage so that I can supply this evidence to Australia Post to claim for the damage under insurance. If photos/videos are not provided – I am unable to replace your purchase.
