GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS…  These Terms & Conditions apply to Nikki Silk Gift Vouchers. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Voucher, you agree to the following:

1. Redemption – Gift Vouchers can be redeemed towards eligible Nikki Silk products and services available at the time of redemption, including Original Artworks, Crystal Tumbles & Raw Specimens, Crystal Bundles & Kits, Personalised Oracle Card Readings, Private Events & Experiences and Manifestation e-Books. 
2. Validity – Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The applicable expiry date will be displayed on the Gift Voucher.
3. Promotions & Discounts – Promotional codes, special offers and VIP or member discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
4. Shipping & Additional Costs – Gift Voucher values do not include postage, shipping or other additional costs associated with an order. Any applicable additional costs must be paid separately at the time of redemption.
5. No Cash Redemption – Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
6. Remaining Balance – If the full value of the Gift Voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can be used towards another eligible purchase before the original expiry date. No cash or change will be provided for any unused balance.
7. Purchasing Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
8. Purchases Exceeding Voucher Value – If the total purchase exceeds the available Gift Voucher balance, the recipient will be required to pay the difference using an accepted payment method.
9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers – Nikki Silk is not responsible for Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission. Replacement of a Gift Voucher may be considered where valid proof of purchase and sufficient voucher details can be provided.
10. Cancellation & Refunds – Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind after purchase.
11. Availability – Products and services are subject to availability at the time the Gift Voucher is redeemed. Purchase of a Gift Voucher does not guarantee the availability of a particular artwork, crystal, product or service.
12. Terms & Conditions – These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
