These terms and conditions relate to the purchase of a Gift Voucher redeemable at Nikki Silk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchasing your Gift Voucher. All Gift Voucher purchased will be subject to these terms and conditions, which may be updated at any time without notice.

1. Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase Crystal Bundle Sets, eBooks, Other Products or Services that Nikki Silk offers (excluding events).
2. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted if presented past the Gift Voucher’s advised expiry date.
3. Any promotional codes or Inner Circle VIP Member discounts offered by Nikki Silk are not applicable to Gift Voucher purchases.
4. Gift Vouchers do not include shipping costs. These will need to be paid when completing your order.
5. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full and cannot be redeemed for other services.
6. No credit, cash or change will be given in relation to the unspent portion of any Gift Voucher. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
7. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
8. If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance by bank transfer (Australia only) or PayPal.
