Inspired by the peaceful beauty of a morning sunrise at Lake Moogerah, this artwork captures the stillness and warmth of the landscape as the first light reflects across the water. Flowing organic forms and layered dot detailing mirror the gentle movement of the lake winding between the surrounding mountains, while rich garnet and earthy tones evoke the glow of the rising sun. I wanted this piece to embody a sense of calm, grounding, and connection to the quiet beauty found within nature at the beginning of a new day.
