INSPIRATION BEHIND THIS ARTWORK…

Tidal was inspired by a perfect summer day spent out on our boat in Moreton Bay, surrounded by endless blue water, warm winds, and complete stillness across the bay. The water was so calm it almost looked painted, with gentle currents weaving through the landscape in soft flowing lines. Layers of intricate dot patterns mimic the movement and shimmer of sunlight dancing across the water’s surface, while the deep navy and bright coastal blues capture the peaceful atmosphere of being out on the open bay with nowhere else to be.
